issues

First just make the the play movie button unusuable until it is loaded, fixes that whole problem.
Then, make the movie... good. The idea of outtakes could work really well, the skits you used however weren't interesting or entertaining at all

hmmm

i think this idea shows a lot of promise, with some more effort on the graphics and animation (maybe add cuts and dif camera angles) it could be really interesting
